What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and closed on Sunday.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 7 days a week between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
You’re not required to store long-term at Boyd Lake Self Storage. We offer month-to-month leases so you can store with us for however long you need.
What types of vehicle parking do you offer?
We offer uncovered outdoor parking for RVs, boats, trailers, cars, ATVs, and other vehicles. If you would like, you can also purchase a vehicle cover for added protection.
Am I able to store personal, household, and business items?
Yes. We have storage units available in a variety of sizes so there’s plenty of space to accommodate your personal, household, or commercial storage needs.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must have updated registration if you plan to store your vehicle. For standard storage, have a valid form of government-issued ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store hazardous materials, unregistered vehicles, weapons, perishables, living plants, and animals. If you have a question about a specific item, give us a call to speak with a manager.
What areas do you serve?
We’re proud to serve the Loveland community and surrounding areas such as Centerra, Kelim, Windsor, Campion, Timnath, Masonville, and Fort Collins.
How do I reserve a unit?
Reserve a unit online on our unit prices page. If you would rather reserve a unit in person, stop by the office during business hours.
